  Meditation is not just sitting!

While others teach control methods to prevent the mind from wandering and the body from fidgeting, we use techniques to help you free your restrictions -- so that meditation becomes spontaneous and natural, without struggle or unnecessary discomfort.

OSHO Active Meditation does not use breath counting or control methods that normally interferes with meditation and frustrates the practitioner. Usually, the harder one tries to control, the harder meditation becomes.

Many other meditation methods merely allow you to relax. However, we take you to the state of meditation and beyond.

Our 5-Step System is divided into 3 stages:
Preparation, Silence and Celebration

Preparation Stage

Step 1 - Warming Up Stage: Purging

A versatile repertoire of breathing techniques to purge toxins and increase body temperature.

Step 2 - Cleansing Stage: Detoxification

Vocalisation techniques to release pent-up tension and withheld emotion.

Step 3 - Energizing Stage: Revitalization

Deeper release work through the use of "Bio-energetic" methods to charge and revitalise, so that your mind and body becomes fully alive and awake. Body feels lighter and free.

Silent Stage

Step 4 - Silence: Calmness and Stillness

Falling into the blissful states of silence and stillness (without effort or struggle).
