When you discover the doorway to the present moment, your senses that are usually dulled by the mind's robotic chatter become crisp, alive and clear. This direct experience of the here and now gives way to a loving awareness in you, an acceptance; a "yes" to life just the way it is happening.

As we enter deeper into the blissful states of meditation, you will discover space at its centre, a silence, a stillness that can exist in the midst of our daily activities.

Health & Wellness

  • Meditation for Stress Management and Adaptability
In chronic stress there is a perpetually increased level of stress hormones. The reason may be anxiety provoking psychological mechanisms, or a life or work situation that is experienced as insecure, demanding or overtaxing.

Chronic stress leads sooner or later to so-called burnout. It manifests as psychological and physiological disturbances and ultimately diseases.

Specific meditation techniques will be utilised to teach:

    - methods that will radically reduce stress levels
    - how to break the stress cycle
    - how to manage challenging situations and conflicts with greater awareness
    - natural alternatives to anti-depressants and drugs
    - secrets of staying centred, energised and young at heart.

  • Meditation for Health and Wellbeing

Specific meditation techniques will be used to support healthy living, peaceful sleep, wise eating and a happy heart.

  • Meditation for Illness and Recovery
The capacity to live fully and freely is a birthright. Sometimes our access to living fully comes to a halt when we face a health crisis. With ill health, we have learned to live in fear, with decreased spontaneity and passion for life.

Illness is a time for great awakening if you know how to turn this moment of crisis into a moment of triumph. Learn to tune into your body, listen to its messages and needs, as you begin now to use this opportunity for growth and transformation.

Specific meditation techniques will be used to support your road to inner discovery, intuition and self-healing.

  • Meditation for Restful Sleep

Specific meditation techniques will be used to spring-clean the mind, allowing you let go of emotional baggage and relax the body to induce deep restful sleep.

  • Meditation for Women (Single or Married Women and Mothers)
This special women's programme explores the centuries' old conditioning which is the female psychology.

Traditional beliefs are unconsciously working in us, but we have the opportunity to change the ways it makes us react and behave. Discover how to free ourselves from unhealthy behaviours like projecting our desires onto others and self-sacrificing habits that result in self-loathing attitudes.

When our understanding about male/female "roles" become clearer, we are able to perceive more clearly as to how we can fulfil our heart's longing. Through this clarity we give true value to our femininity and experience the dignity that womanhood offers to each of us.

Specific meditation techniques will be used to support the women of today to balance personal life with career, relationships and family.

    Corporate Wellness

  • Meditation For Busy People (PMEs - Professionals, Managers and Executives)
Nobody needs meditation more than people who are so busy that they have no time to meditate. Busy people may have tried meditation but have given up, as it seemed too difficult to integrate into a hectic lifestyle. Most traditional methods were developed thousand of years for people living a very different lifestyle than today. As Osho, the author of "Meditation For Busy People", points out, very few people today find it easy to just sit down and "relax".

Specific meditation techniques will be used to support greater awareness, bringing an inner strength to your life. Through greater awareness, the more resources you have available to respond wisely and swiftly in a fast paced world.

As your centeredness grow, you become more present. This impacts you and the people around you and the situations you deal with. The ability to observe your emotions and responses enables you to increase your energy availability to be creative and resourceful. Life and work then becomes play - an extension of your creativity.

  • Inner Skills For The Work Place (Corporate Workshop)
Your work time - one third of your waking life, can be a delight or a duty. Which is it for you now? Would you like to increase your capacity to use your work as a tool for personal growth? It is possible.

Moving and responding to change is the key to success in this fast-paced world. This awareness-training program invites you to take part in a series of simple exercises that may challenge your usual way of thinking and feeling. Through adapting to these new ways, you will learn to move out of your comfort zone, cope with ever-changing situations and develop flexibility.

As your centeredness grows, you become more present. This impacts the people around you and the situations you deal with. Emotional Wellness

  • Meditation for Grief and Loss
Grief is a common emotion that human beings experience when they are parted from that to which they are attached. It can be a result from attempting to cope with the loss of a love relationship or a pet or, the bereavement after the loss of a loved one. Its effect can be painful and debilitating. If the grief is not dealt with effectively, it can become pathological and create a situation where the bereaved person is unable to function in the world adequately.

The practice of meditation emphasises being aware and surrendering to the natural and present moment conditions of mind and body. If grief is dealt with effectively it can become a tool for the development of great insight.

Specific meditation techniques are utilised to bring as much awareness, understanding and love into your life as possible. This work is an invitation to all who seek the courage and clarity to move on with their lives, either alone or with the love and support of friends and loved-ones.
