According to neuroscientists, Amishi Jha and Michael Baime, director of University of Pennsylvania's Penn Program for Stress Management, meditation can be an active process that literally changes the way the brain works.
In this meditation/coaching programme, specific meditation techniques will be used to assist sports performers develop clarity, enhance stamina, increase awareness, achieve mental focus, overcome anxiety and relax - all behaviours which will allow the sports competitor to perform better during competition.
(* Osho Active Meditation has been used twice as the official Mind and Body Wellness Programme for the Olympics)
