I'm very pleased to share that Dynamic Meditation has helped me to achieve silence, and helped me to be more peaceful and much less stressed out with work and problems. It has also helped me to overcome my feelings of sadness and depression from my relationship problems. I no longer rely on medication or sleeping pills to help me sleep.
After starting Dynamic Meditation, I was very surprised that I was able to sit anytime from 15 minutes to a full-length one-hour meditation without sleepy or being very distracted by my own thoughts. I was very calm and I found my mind to be very still. I also felt at peace with my own body and mind as I didn't fidget but remained very comfortable and still. At the same time, I was also very much aware of my surroundings and what's going on around me.

"I was born hearing impaired in both of my ears. This led to poor vocal pronunciation, difficulties in communication and completion of simple daily tasks. People had difficulty understanding my speech as it was slurred and unclear. This caused me to become introverted and since then I did not have the courage to approach people for help.
I picked up Osho Active Meditation in 2005, shortly after a surgery to improve my hearing. I was taught sound meditation and Dynamic Meditation, which involved movement and vocalization to help me draw vocal powers from my "hara".
